Mr. Sherman with his brother A. Haag Sherman own and operate Bigfoot Energy Services LLC and Iron Mountain Energy, L.L.C. Bigfoot Energy and Iron Mountain are oil and gas service businesses operating in the Haynesville Basin in Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana.

Iron Mountain Energy owns and operates disposal well and waste separation facilities in the Haynesville Basin. Iron Mountain’s portfolio includes thirteen disposal wells comprised of eight disposal facilities in Texas, including a waste separation facility, a disposal facility in North Louisiana, and a fluid transfer station in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana.

Bigfoot Energy Services operates an oil field service business consisting of approximately 45 vacuum tractor-trailers, approximately 500 frac tanks and gas busters, and an assortment of pumps and other equipment it utilizes in servicing customers. Bigfoot Energy Services augments its trucking fleet through the use of owner-operators.
