Sabine Holdings LP

Mr. Sherman established Sabine Holdings LP in 1997 to acquire and manage minerals and real estate. Sabine Holdings over the years has acquired oil, gas and other minerals, engaged in oil and gas leasing projects, and acquired surface real estate.

Sabine Holdings’ interests in oil, gas and other minerals are primarily in the Haynesville Basin in Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana, but also includes interests in the Permian Basin, Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Dakota, Colorado, and other states.
